MediaNet - Support Modules - Watcher

Purpose: To provide File System watcher service

This module is automatically loaded by devices (or other modules) that require File System Watcher services

Basically source modules that support Watcher can have this activated and be notified of changes to files without having to rescan regurlarly

The MediaQuery and Shoutcast source modules have this enabled by default so they can automatically reload edited xml files

The Media and MediaPlaylist source modules have this disabled by default to save resources
